At Night Market, we aim to make the ordering process as smooth as possible for our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be times when an order needs to be cancelled or a refund is requested. To ensure transparency, we have established the following refund policy:

When Will You Receive a Refund?

  • 1. If an order is cancelled by the vendor due to unavailability of items, you will receive a full refund of your payment amount. We will process the refund back to your original payment method.
  • 2. If you, as the customer, cancel your order before the vendor has begun preparing the food, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

When Are Refunds Not Permitted?

  • 3. In the event that the vendor has already prepared your food order, or if the order has been picked up by a delivery rider, we will not be able to issue a refund. This policy allows us to reduce food waste and compensate our hard-working staff accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

If your situation qualifies for a refund per the guidelines above, simply contact our customer support team with your order number via in-app chat. We strive to process all eligible refunds within 24 hours.
